Fleece Performance Engineering, the Pittsboro, Indiana-based diesel performance products provider, has acquired Concept Performance, a manufacturer of LSR and LTR builder blocks, and established new partnerships with AMSOIL and more than a dozen NAPA Auto Parts locations.

Fleece Performance completed the acquisition of Concept Performance in September, the company said. The addition of the company to its portfolio strengthens Fleece Performance's ability to deliver performance products to the gas market and expands its manufacturing capabilities with dedicated foundry operations.

The company has also established new partnerships with AMSOIL and Witt Family NAPA Store locations across Indiana, Michigan and Ohio.

The partnership with AMSOIL will introduce a line of co-branded lubricants in the spring of 2026. The new Freedom Series line of diesel products will include 10W-30, 5W-40 and 15W-40 100% Synthetic Diesel Oil; 15W-50 100% Synthetic Racing Oil; and SAE 30 Break-In Oil. The new products are engineered by AMSOIL and will be available through the Fleece Performance Engineering wholesale and dealer channels, AMSOIL.com and the AMSOIL Dealer network.

Through the new partnership with more than a dozen Witt Family NAPA Store locations across three states. The partnership with Witt Family Stores in Indiana, southern Michigan and parts of Ohio marks the company's first retail distribution, making its repair products more accessible to customers.
